As a part of the Town’s continued efforts to improve driver safety, the Town’s consultant has reviewed the state of all guide rails within the Town of Lincoln to determine potential enhancements that can be implemented. The consultant has identified the location on Twenty-First Street (approximately 240m south of First Avenue) as a candidate for a new guide rail system due to its proximity to the steep bank leading down to Jordan Harbour.
The new guide rail system will be installed on April 30, 2024 (potentially continuing to May 1, 2024) and traffic may be impacted at times. Please consider using an alternate route for the duration of the work.
Local traffic access will be available for the duration of the project.
