In the Niagara region, provision of water & wastewater services is a shared responsibility between the two tiers of municipal government.
Niagara Region is responsible for treatment of wastewater generated by the municipalities and also for the treatment and movement of water to the local municipalities. The Town of Lincoln is responsible for the construction, maintenance and operation of the water and wastewater distribution system to our consumers.
