This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and is to be held electronically in accordance with section 238 of the Municipal Act, which provides for Electronic Participation where an emergency has been declared to exist in all or part of the municipality under section 4 or 7.01 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, and the Town’s Procedural By-law. Members of the public may observe the proceedings by accessing the live webcast at our YouTube Channel.
Due to COVID-19 and recommendations by Niagara Region Public Health to exercise social distancing, Town of Lincoln – Town Hall is currently closed to the public. Public participation in the open session portions of this electronic meeting may occur through video conferencing or telephone participation. The public are invited to submit delegation requests and/or written comments related to items on the agenda to email@example.com no later than 12 p.m. the Friday prior the meeting. All delegation submissions will be provided to the Mayor and Council prior to the meeting and will form part of the public record.
