Open House: Zoning By-law Amendment Application by Urban Solutions Planning & Land Development Consultants – Northeast Corner of Ontario Street and Greenlane Road.

Community members are invited to participate virtually in an Open House to learn more about a proposed zoning by-law amendment application.

The application proposes:

  • to permit the construction of a 10 storey mixed-use building, with an 8 storey portion at the north end and east end of the building, consisting of 370 residential units, and 3 commercial units comprised of 224 square metres of space.
  • 104 surface parking spaces and 300 underground parking spaces are proposed. 
  • An open space area is proposed at the east end of the site
