Open House: Zoning By-law Amendment Application by A.J. Clarke & Associates Ltd. – 3221 North Service Road.

Community members are invited to participate virtually in an Open House to learn more about a proposed zoning by-law amendment application.

The application proposes to permit the construction of a high-rise residential building consisting of 516 residential units, 588 parking spaces, and 312 bicycle parking spaces:

  • The building is comprised of two residential towers with a height of 25 storeys and 28 storeys, sharing a common six storey podium
  • The parking spaces are proposed within six underground parking levels as well as five above ground storeys
  • An outdoor amenity area is proposed on the rooftop of the sixth floor podium
