Media Release – Tourism and wine delegations come to fruition in Ontario’s 2021 Budget
Lincoln, ON – (March 25, 2021) – Thanks to consistent and ongoing advocacy by Mayor Easton, Lincoln Council members and staff, the Town of Lincoln is pleased to see a significant investment in the 2021 Provincial Budget for Ontario’s wine and tourism industry.
The Town will be installing enhanced lighting on the pedestrian pathway connecting King Street and the Fleming Centre in Lincoln (Beamsville), in an effort to increase public safety.
The pathway will be closed to pedestrians during the installation, which is scheduled for Wednesday, March 24 and Thursday, March 25 (weather permitting).

Lincoln continues to respond and adapt to COVID-19 pandemic
Lincoln, ON – (March 22, 2021) – Late last week, the Province of Ontario announced a few updates on the COVID-19 pandemic. These included expanding Ontario's Booking System to individuals aged 75 and older as of March 22, and adjusting indoor dining capacity limits within the COVID-19 response framework to allow for more patrons at a time.

Niagara Region Public Health recently announced the planned locations and start dates for COVID-19 vaccination sites in Niagara.
Public Notice: Temporary Closure - Rotary Park Skatepark
Please be advised that the Skatepark at Rotary Park will be temporarily closed from Monday, March 22 to the week of Monday, April 5 for remediation work.
Minor deficiencies in the concrete have been identified in the Skatepark and need to be corrected to allow for a long lifespan of the park. These concrete deficiencies have posed no risk to user safety.

Public Notice: Niagara Region Replacement of the Twenty Mile Creek Bridge
Niagara Region is undertaking a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) Study for the replacement of the Twenty Mile Creek Bridge on King Street, in the Town of Lincoln. The bridge is located approximately 550m west of Nineteenth Street where Regional Road 81 crosses Twenty Mile Creek.
As an integral part of the Class EA process, Niagara Region will be consulting with members of the public including Indigenous groups, key stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
