Inflow and infiltration


  • The flow of storm water into the sanitary sewer system from sources such as downspouts and illegal sump pump connections through direct or indirect connections


  •  The flow of water into the sanitary sewer system through aged or defective pipes and/or maintenance chambers (i.e. cracks, defective joints, etc.) through soil (both groundwater and rainwater).

2022 Camp Registration will open on May 9 for Town of Lincoln Residents.  Registration opens to all on May 23.

Lincoln Pelham Public Library

Lincoln and Pelham Public Libraries have merged to form Lincoln Pelham Public Library!  The four branches provide informational, educational and recreational services for all residents. Visit the library for fun activities and events happening all year round, call for details and registration!

Reporting Potholes, Streetlights & Damaged Signs

Report a Pothole, Streetlight Issue, or Damaged Street Sign Form

The Town regularly patrols our roads to identify any concerns relating to road conditions and safety. Our municipality is geographically large and at times, issues can arise without warning. We appreciate residents assisting by reporting a:

  • Pothole
  • Streetlight Problem
  • Damaged Street Sign

If the damaged street sign is a STOP sign this is an immediate safety issue. Please call Town Hall immediately during office hours or the emergency number for roads after hours. 

Personal information collected in the form below is collected pursuant the Municipal Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for the purpose of responding to the submission.

Open-Air Burning

Open-Air Burning

The Town of Lincoln prohibits open-air burning unless you obtain a burn permit, as per the Town's Open-Air Fire By-law. An "open-air fire" is defined as a fire in any open place, yard, field or area which is not contained or enclosed by a building or structure, and includes agricultural fires, chimineas, bonfires, and campfires.

2020 Tax Bills Due

Late fees & interest is waived on property taxes, water bills & accounts receivable until June 30, 2020.

Interim tax bills are mailed last week of January. If you did not receive your bill, please contact the Tax Office at 905-563-2799 ext. 224

The interim tax installment due dates are Feb. 28 and April 30.

Please ensure your payment reaches us before the due date to avoid late fees. Late fees will apply for payments not received by the due date.
