Notice of Public Meeting for Minor Variance Application
Purpose of Application
An application has been submitted by the owner of a property known municipally as 4234 Academy Street in Beamsville. The subject lands are zoned Residential Multiple 1 (RM1) and are occupied by a single detached dwelling. The applicant is proposing to construct an accessory structure at the rear of the property and is seeking the following variances:
To permit an increased maximum height for accessory structures of 8.0 metres, whereas 6.0 metres is required.
To permit an increased maximum lot coverage for accessory structures of 18 percent, whereas 10 percent is required.
