The Town of Lincoln Good Citizen award is presented to a citizen (or group of citizens) who reside in Lincoln, who has given unselfishly of their time for the betterment of the Lincoln community. This award celebrates achievement, commitment and excellence in individuals/groups who have served the community through volunteerism or is just a good citizen.
